About Us

Brothers Connar Dehnert and Gavin Dehnert decided to dive into the wine world in 2019. Their love affair for grapes and wine dates back four generations. Their great-grandfather Pappouli and great-grandmother Yiayia immigrated to the United States from Greece in the early 1900’s and brought with them Roditis grapevines from their hometown. Two Silos Farmhouse is continuing the tradition!

We were on our way to an apple orchard yesterday when we saw the wine tasting sign and I remembered I had read about a new winery. I am SO glad we stopped in, such a beautiful location, fantastic wines (we tried all of the reds), delicious cheese board and the views and space, could not get over how gorgeous it was. They had a pretty good crowd in and everyone was very friendly. We signed up for the wine club, and cannot wait for our first event!

Definitely will be returning! The atmosphere was cozy and charming and had a modern farmhouse feel. The view from the deck was beautiful and overall this place was peaceful and quiet. The wine is delicious and the reds are more on the dry side.

Very nice winery! Beautiful view from their deck--it's a great spot to check out. Friendly, helpful staff too. Highly recommend if you're looking for a winery near the Twin Cities or Stillwater.

Wow! What an experience! As "seasoned winos" from out of state, with many tastings under our belt, this was quite the experience. They give you a nice white or red flight, with a complementary cheese board for a very reasonable price. As a red drinker, the merlot was my favorite. They may have just opened but they are doing a lot of things right, have big plans, and are trying to shine a spotlight on Minnesota grown. Service was impeccable. We will certainly be back and look forward to what the future holds.
